They make no money so they just offer to dilute shareholders with never really rewarding them.

The down side is that this company has a history of splits and dilution,

In my opinion,  it will only further dilute the stock and diminish the value of the stock.

This is an exact…wash-rinse-repeat scam from there previous r/s shenanigans!

I’ve been burnt to a crisp by R/S in the past and it’s never been a good thing - ever, in my experience.
