This is an insanely positive 8-k filing, and with Microsoft releasing they need better cloud systems this actually should be at the moon.

Reading through the filing - first 5 million sold out of existing shares = no dilution.

The company is more stronger, financially today after this filing than yesterday.

The filing today was bullish with direct institutional investor, as mentioned.

You can say thank you to the NYSE for stacking the deck for the large $ shorts going into the bk filings.

The RNG filing yesterday evening was icing on the cake for me.

This is setting up nicely for a bounce play on a formal Chapter 11 filing.

All 13F filings are due by mid-November so this will be good info going into earnings end of Nov.
