The mgmt screw everyone by issuing a horrible PR or statement and the SP will drop even more.

It&#39;s not even clear why they really need to execute the ridiculous offering because of vague statement.

That means a compiled financial statement is not thoroughly audited and there is no guarantee it is correct.
