The problem with HCDI is they wasted over $800k a quarter and just cut back to where they were.

Looks like results are so bad, they can not continue like this.

They wasted $2-3M on that alone last three quarters.

$HCDI last quarter reported on Monday and destroyed the stock.

INCREDIBLY overpriced tin cans with no soul asking for prices of 1.4-1.8 million-- when down the street are REAL Texas homes with Texas amenities selling for hundreds of thousands cheaper.

Bottom line— they should just focus on improving the business and the stock price can easily make the $1 threshold with a sniff of need.

I like having 45 months to hold the z&#39;s for just $2.97 exercise price.

The company has value more than reflected in current stock price.

Could easily earn more than double current share price in 2023.

I do like leverage so plan to keep buying z&#39;s at these prices.
